Take Flight Dyslexia Intervention

Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia is a research-backed reading program created by the experts at Scottish Rite for Children. It’s specially designed to support children, ages 7 and up, who have dyslexia—a learning difference that affects reading, writing, and spelling. The program typically takes around 2 years to complete.

This program uses a proven, multisensory approach to help kids build strong skills in reading fluency, word recognition, spelling, and understanding what they read.

For the next two years, pricing will be discounted as I go through the process of becoming a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT). Pricing below reflects the discounted rate.

    Dyslexia Intervention Pricing

    Appointments may be scheduled via email, text, or phone.

    Dyslexia Pricing 1:1

    - $880 tuition per month ….. 4 days per week 1:1

    - $660 tuition per month …. 3 days per week 1:1

    - $560 tuition per month …. 4 days per weeks small group (max 3 students)

    Pricing includes one make up session per month. It does not include books and materials.

    Prorated breaks: The Week of Thanksgiving, The week of Christmas, and the Week of Spring Break.

    Sessions will be held after school.

    3 day group: Monday, Wed, Thursday

    4 day group: Fall: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Remainder of the year: Monday-Thursday

    - $135 one hour session

    - $75 30 minute session

    - $225 2 hour consultation

    - $100 a month for therapeutic listening membership and management

    - $500 High Complexity Evaluation

    - $350 Moderate Complexity Evaluation

    - $200 Mild Complexity Evaluation

    Evaluations could include dyslexia, dysgraphia, executive functioning, sensory, motor, etc, and may last from 1-4 hours depending on the complexity of the evaluation. As occupational therapists, we do not diagnose. However, you could take this evaluation information to your medical provider or a psychologist to advocate for a diagnosis; or a school district to advocate for services.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Occupational Therapy​

    Charges may apply for no-shows/late cancellations within 24 hours prior to appointment time. You can switch to a teletherapy appointment if under 24 hours.

    The late cancellation fee is $50 and is not reimbursable by insurance.

    Frequently cancelled or missed appointments are subject to dismissal

    Dyslexia Tutoring

    Students are given one free 1:1 make up session per month. If they would like additional, it is $40.00 per make up session in addition to the regular monthly rate.

    Payment for Services

    We are not contracted with any insurance at this time, but you are welcome to ask for a superbill to submit to insurance.

    OT- Payment in full is due on the day service is rendered, unless other written arrangements are made in advance and agreed upon.

    Dyslexia- Payments are due weekly or monthly

    To secure appointments, all patients must provide a form of payment information which is stored and protected electronically on our secure system.

    For Occupational Therapy services, we are able to use most major credit cards and HSA and FSA cards, after a letter of medical necessity has been written after the initial evaluation.
